Classy hotel with very, very nice staff despite staff members walking past. An electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV set available in the double room. Excellent location near Gera center, in the fairly nice area. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Zamzam Well.

The room was great, especially the cozy bed 🛏️. the breakfast spread was impressive with lots of delicious options. the location was absolutely stunning, and the room was spotless.

Hotel staff was reluctant and slow. They didn´t understand english very well and their services were really bad. This hotel isn´t a 4* hotel.

The Penta Hotel is perfectly located near attractions like the Metro station, Tiananmen Square, and the Temple of Heaven. The Pentalounge offers tasty food and drinks. The staff is incredibly helpful in assisting guests on their mysterious quests.

I just loved paying an extra €20 per night for the privilege of having my dog stay with me. It's such a reasonable charge, I'm sure they actually need it for "extra disinfection" and not just to make more money.

A hotel with a "lovely" staff and a "delightful" atmosphere. Close to many tourist attractions. The Pentalounge is a "heavenly" space with mouthwatering food.

I just "adored" the slow and unreliable internet at the hotel. It made me appreciate the joy of being disconnected from the world.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The rooms were huge and perfect for a solo traveler like me. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they provided a free wash kit and even a complimentary bottle of water. The hotel is located close to the Autobahn, which made it convenient for me to travel around. Additionally, it is situated near the railway station, making it easy for me to explore the area. Another highlight was the lovely park nearby, where I could take peaceful walks and enjoy nature.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
